Fall Hayrides and Maze

Old fashioned Fall family fun at Halfinger Farms! Bring your family or children's group to the farm for an active Fall experience that they will love and remember. Our beautiful pumpkin field is nestled in the valley at the base of Candlewood Hill. It's a gorgeous setting surrounded by rolling hills.  

HAYRIDES: Enjoy a relaxing hay wagon ride. Climb aboard and take in the views as the tractor pulls you around the field and through the corn forest.  CORN MAZE: We grow and design our corn maze especially for children and families. It's a great adventure from start to finish! The maze is about a 20 minute hike, and your welcome to weave your way through as many times as you'd like! PUMPKIN PATCH: We grow all shapes and sizes! You'll find just the right one!   FREE PLAY AREA: A place to play, sit and relax! Children love playing with the trucks on chip mountain and exploring the tee pee.
We offer a fun and educational field trip package which includes a take-home pumpkin for each child.
HOURS:   Field activities open every Saturday and Sunday in October 10:00am to 5:00pm FIELD TRIPS: Scheduled in advance for weekdays in October.

FIELD TRIPS TO THE PUMPKIN FIELD! We have designed an educational and fun field trip package which includes a take home pumpkin. In 2008, we welcomed over 550 children out as field trip guests! We were thrilled to see these children and young adults having a great time during their field trips! Groups leaders were very happy with their experiences too. We can mold your field trip to meet any special needs your group may have.   Field trips may be scheduled for weekdays in October by calling the farm at  #345-4609.
